Pinnacle Services Inc - Vibration Analysis Program
We
start with our initial consultation at your facility to go over your goals and to answer any questions you may have about
our services. After this meeting we will be able to determine the right program for your facility.
The initial visit
to start the program will consist of gathering information from the equipment to allow us to set up our database. We will
gather speed measurements and nameplate data to include in our database. A complete facility route will then be generated
and initial vibration measurements will be taken to establish a baseline for your plants equipment. At the time of the initial
measurements we will also perform slow motion analysis to check the conditions of belts, pulleys and keyways, providing equipment
can be accessed.
Once this initial visit has been completed, we will return to your plant to complete further measurements
on a regular basis (based on the importance of the equipment and our previous discussions). Reports will be sent to the customer
no later than 7 days from the time the measurements were taken. If there are any severe alarms, the customer will be notified
immediately.
